1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CELXIUS STUDIO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

CELXIUS STUDIO provides audio conversion and uploading services for the Roblox platform. Users can convert audio files from various sources and upload them to their Roblox accounts via the Roblox Open Cloud API.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Discord to use the Service
You must be a member of our designated Discord server
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload copyrighted content you don't have rights to use
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service

5. Audio Content

You are solely responsible for the audio content you convert and upload
Audio files are subject to Roblox's content moderation policies
Converted files are automatically deleted from our servers after 1 hour
We are not responsible for audio that is rejected by Roblox moderation

6. Premium Plans & Payments

Premium plans are time-based (7 days or 30 days) and non-refundable once activated
Payments are processed securely via Pakasir (QRIS)
Premium benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment
Promo codes are single-use and cannot be combined
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

CELXIUS STUDIO is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: rejected audio uploads, data loss, service downtime, or issues with Roblox integration.

9. Intellectual Property

The CELXIUS STUDIO platform, design, and code are owned by us. You retain ownership of audio content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your audio files for conversion purposes only.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via our Discord server.
