1. Information We Collect

When you use CELXIUS STUDIO, we collect the following information:

Discord Account Data: Your Discord username, user ID, and avatar through OAuth 2.0 authentication. We do not access your Discord messages or other private data.
Roblox Account Data: Your Roblox User ID and API Key (stored encrypted with AES-256) for uploading audio assets to your account.
Conversion Data: Audio files you upload, YouTube/SoundCloud URLs you provide, and conversion settings you choose.
Payment Data: Transaction records processed through Pakasir (our payment gateway). We do not store credit card or bank account numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity via Discord
To convert and upload audio to your Roblox account
To manage your subscription and payment history
To improve our services and fix bugs
To communicate important service updates

3. Data Storage & Security

Your Roblox API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. Converted audio files are automatically deleted after 1 hour. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Discord: For user authentication (OAuth 2.0)
Roblox Open Cloud API: For uploading audio assets
Pakasir: For payment processing (QRIS)
yt-dlp: For downloading audio from YouTube/SoundCloud (server-side only)

5. Data Retention

Converted audio files: 1 hour (auto-deleted)
Account data: Retained while your account is active
Payment records: Retained for accounting purposes

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us via our Discord server.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
